Welcome to Miscellaneous Branding Solutions. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Orders & Payment

Full payment or a required deposit must be received prior to processing and production.

Orders are considered final once placed and confirmed.
2. Artwork & Branding Approval

Digital proofs are provided prior to production. It is the customer's responsibility to verify all details, including spelling, layout, sizing, and colors.

Production begins only upon written artwork approval.

Minor color variations may occur depending on material substrates and print methods.
3. Lead Times & Delivery
-
Estimated production times begin after artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Miscellaneous Branding Solutions is not responsible for courier delays once items have been dispatched.
Returns & Refund Policy
1. Unbranded Items
-
Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
-
All returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
2. Custom-Branded Items & Personalised Apparel
-
Due to the customized nature of branded products, returns or refunds are not accepted on custom-branded items once artwork has been approved and printed.

If an item arrives damaged or with a branding defect that differs from the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue for a replacement or correction.
3. Cancellations

Once production or branding has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
